Credits are added automatically after payment is confirmed. If a payment is still processing, avoid making the same purchase again and check the Credits page shortly afterward.
The amount depends on the model, resolution, output count, reference images, and supported quality options. The Generate button shows the actual requirement before you submit.
If a task reaches a refundable failed state, the credits used by that generation are returned to your account. You can see both entries in your credit history.
Purchased Credit Packs are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Image-file retention is separate from credit validity.
Purchase refunds are reviewed under the current refund policy. Email hello@imgenai.app with your order details.

Images and generation history are available only to the account owner. Public sharing links are not currently provided.
