1. Service

ImgGenAI provides image generation from text or reference images. Models, prices, features, and availability may change for operational reasons.

2. Accounts

Keep account information accurate and protect access to your account. Do not use another person’s account or bypass access controls.

3. Credits and payment

The current paid offering consists of one-time credit packs. Payments may be processed through Waffo Pancake, with price and tax details shown during checkout.

When a refund or payment reversal is confirmed, related credits may be removed. If previously used credits cause a negative balance, paid actions may be frozen until the balance is resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law, respect other people’s rights, and comply with service safety rules.

• Do not create unlawful or harmful content
• Do not bypass security, abuse automation, or send excessive requests
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights

5. Inputs and outputs

Submit only material you are permitted to use. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

6. Restrictions and account action

We may reject requests or temporarily restrict an account for safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or violations of these terms. A time-limited restriction may be cleared after its expiry.

7. Availability

The service is provided as available and may be interrupted by maintenance, delays, or third-party failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss is limited.

8. Changes

For material changes, we will update the date on this page and provide notice through a reasonable channel.
