This policy explains information ImgGenAI processes to provide the service and the choices available to users.
1. Information processed
We may process account identifiers, authentication records, request metadata, credit and payment records, security logs, and support messages.
2. Prompts, reference images, and outputs
Prompts and reference images are processed for safety checks and image generation. Generated output images, output URLs, and generation records may be stored for account features and retention controls.
3. Service providers
To provide the service, we may use external service providers that support authentication, payments, image generation, safety checks, hosting, storage, email, and analytics. We share only the information needed for those functions. Information may be processed in countries or regions where those providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and contractual terms.
4. Analytics
Optional analytics scripts are not loaded by default. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or PostHog load only after analytics consent and only when their keys are configured.
5. Retention
Under the current asset policy, generated assets may be scheduled for deletion after about 7 days for free use and about 90 days for paid use. Payment, ledger, and security records may be kept longer when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or disputes.
6. Access and deletion requests
Email hello@imgenai.app to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or payment disputes.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, signature verification, minimal event storage, and audit logging. Internet transmission and electronic storage can still carry some residual risk.
